Pricing
Quoted per project.
After the first call you get a written scope and a fixed price. If the scope changes, we agree on the change before any extra work begins. Third-party costs, such as domains, hosting or software subscriptions, are listed separately and paid by you directly.

Do you only work with businesses in Toronto?
I’m based in Toronto and work with businesses across Canada. Most projects run remotely, with calls at each stage.
Do I need technical staff?
No. I handle setup and explain everything in plain language. Your team gets a walkthrough at handover.
Who owns the work?
You do. The website, the content, the accounts and the data are yours.
How is customer data handled?
Your customer data stays in accounts you control. I only access what a project needs, and automated messages to customers go out only with the rules you have approved.
Which AI tools do you use?
Whichever fits the job. I choose tools for reliability and cost, and tell you what each one does and what it costs before you commit.
What languages can we work in?
English and Mandarin.
