About
I’m Aiven. I design and build for businesses in Toronto.
I start from what you are trying to achieve, then choose the tools that actually work for it — increasingly, AI.
Solving the problem comes first. How it looks matters too: I aim for clear, simple design, so the result is easy to use and holds up over time.
I have worked in design for seven years, with retail businesses, companies and individual clients. That experience now goes into the websites and AI systems I build.
Team
Meet Amber.
Amber leads marketing at Aiven AI: how the business presents itself, and how new clients hear about the work.
She comes from luxury retail, where she was a top salesperson and a manager. Selling face to face taught her what earns a customer’s trust, and she brings that to everything we put in front of clients.
How I work
Four habits behind every project.
- Start with the goal.
- Before any tool is chosen, we agree on what should change in your business.
- Keep it simple.
- The smallest system that solves the problem is usually the one your team will keep using.
- Show the work.
- You see progress at every stage and decide what happens next.
- Stay honest about AI.
- It is good at drafting, sorting and reminding. It does not replace your judgement, and I will tell you where it should not be used.
