This page explains what information this website collects and what happens to it. The short version: the site has no forms and no accounts, and it sets no cookies of its own.
Who runs this site
This website (business.aivenai.ca) is run by Aiven Yan, working as Aiven AI, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. For any privacy question, write to aivendesigns@gmail.com.
What the site collects
- Nothing you type. There are no forms, logins or comment fields on this site.
- No cookies of its own. If Cloudflare’s security checks are triggered, Cloudflare may set a cookie that is strictly needed to tell visitors from automated traffic.
- Technical request data. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes details such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
- Visit statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, the page a visit came from, country, browser and device type. It uses no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors and does not follow you to other sites. I see totals, not individual visitors.
When you email me
If you write to me, I receive your name, your email address and whatever you choose to include. I use it to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. My email is hosted by Google.
Client projects
Information you share for a project is used for that project only. Wherever possible it stays in accounts you control, and I access only what the work needs. The details are set out in the project agreement.
Sharing
I do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. Two service providers process data on my behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security and visit statistics) and Google (email). They may process data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long it is kept
Emails are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you, or as part of a project’s records. Ask and I will delete your messages, unless the law requires me to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it, by writing to aivendesigns@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
